Mechanism

Binds to Tissue Factor on tumor cells and internalizes, releasing monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE), a microtubule disruptor, causing cell death.

Approved Indication

FDA-approved for adult patients with recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer with disease progression on or after chemotherapy.
