Mechanism
Inhibits the interaction between menin and MLL (KMT2A), turning off the transcription of oncogenic target genes in mutated leukemia cells.抑制 menin 与 MLL (KMT2A) 之间的相互作用，关闭突变白血病细胞中致癌靶基因的转录。
Approved Indication
Treatment of relapsed or refractory acute leukemia with a KMT2A translocation in adult and pediatric patients 30 days and older.用于治疗成人和30天及以上儿童患者的伴有 KMT2A 易位（MLL 重排）的复发或难治性急性白血病。
