ONIVYDE is indicated, in combination with oxaliplatin, fluorouracil and leucovorin for the first-line treatment of adult patients with metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma. ONIVYDE is indicated, in combination with fluorouracil and leucovorin, for the treatment of adult patients with metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma after disease progression following gemcitabine-based therapy.
