Inhibits heat shock protein 90 (HSP90), promoting the destabilization and degradation of oncogenic client proteins such as KIT and PDGFRA.

Approved Indication

Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) that have progressed after prior chemotherapy, per its PMDA approval in Japan.
