Mechanism
Selectively inhibits both EZH1 and EZH2 methyltransferases, reducing histone H3K27 trimethylation to suppress lymphoma gene transcription.选择性地抑制 EZH1 和 EZH2 甲基转移酶，减少组蛋白 H3K27 三甲基化水平，以抑制淋巴瘤基因的转录。
Approved Indication
Treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory adult T-cell leukemia-lymphoma (ATL) or relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL).用于治疗复发或难治性成人 T 细胞白血病/淋巴瘤 (ATL) 或复发或难治性外周 T 细胞淋巴瘤 (PTCL) 患者。
