Mechanism
A cytidine analog that is phosphorylated intracellularly into its active triphosphate form, which is then incorporated into viral DNA or RNA, leading to chain termination and inhibition of viral replication.一种胞苷类似物，在细胞内经磷酸化转化为具有活性的三磷酸阿兹夫定，并结合进病毒的DNA或RNA链中，从而导致链延伸终止并抑制病毒复制。
Approved Indication
