Brigatinib inhibits autophosphorylation of ALK and ALK-mediated phosphorylation of downstream signaling proteins, halting tumor growth.

Treatment of adult patients with anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK)-positive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
