Local-currency amounts are indicative conversions only, at rates as of August 2026. Every package is contracted and invoiced in CNY; the CNY figure is the one that applies.
A tick marks a service included in that package. Anything not ticked can usually be added — ask during pre-screening and it will be written into your agreement.
What the package price does not include
- International flights and travel to China
- Personal spending during your stay
- All medical, treatment, procedure, hospital and pharmacy costs — these are billed to you directly by the treating hospital
- Any item not listed in the signed service agreement
Uwell's role in your treatment
Uwell Cloud coordinates and receives patients. It does not diagnose or treat. All medical services are delivered by licensed hospitals and practising physicians, who carry clinical responsibility for them. Uwell Cloud does not promise any treatment outcome — that rests with the treating hospital.
Changes and cancellation
- Cancelled more than 30 days before departure: the deposit is refundable, or may be retained toward a later date.
- Cancelled 15 to 29 days before departure: the deposit is not refundable, but may be retained for six months.
- Cancelled within 14 days of departure: fees already paid are not refundable.
These terms summarise the signed service agreement. The agreement itself governs in every case.
Service fees above cover Uwell Cloud's coordination and accompaniment only. All medical, treatment, procedure and pharmacy costs are billed directly to you by the treating hospital — Uwell Cloud never collects medical fees. Final treatment cost is confirmed by the hospital after clinical pre-screening.
